If I were you, I would definitely think about getting a new doctor. I don't think you're overreacting at all. They handled this all SO poorly. No one should ever be treated like this, especially if it's anything to do with a possible miscarriage. This is wrong, wrong, wrong and I feel so bad for you dear. I wish I could give you a big hug!
