Who I Follow
Wondering when I get to be sad. Its not fair to the boys to be sad during the day. Its not fair to the hubs to be sad at night. Crying gives me a headache. Doctor says I need to be sad. Says I need to cry.
I don’t have time for this.
I hate going to the doctor.

I think you need to set aside some time in the evening to just sit with your husband and grieve. It’s the only way you’ll move on. I didn’t talk about it when I miscarried …… it ate me up for months and months. xx
